Marblehead has declared an emergency parking ban due to expected snowfall, effective from 7 p.m. on February 10 through 7 a.m. on February 11. All vehicles must be removed from public streets during this period, with no exceptions. Cars left on the road risk ticketing and towing, as narrow streets and current conditions could hinder snow removal operations, town officials said.
