The Rotary Club of Marblehead's annual 5K walk/run is Sunday, Nov. 1, at 11 a.m., starting and finishing at Crocker Park. The course winds through the streets of Old Town Marblehead's Historic District.

All proceeds support college scholarships, camperships, the integration of a structured mental health curriculum in Marblehead schools, and other charitable causes.

Registration is $39.05 including fees ($28.45 for ages 5–15) at runsignup.com/Race/MA/Marblehead/MarbleheadRotary5K; prices rise after Oct. 31. T-shirts go to the first 150 entrants. The awards ceremony follows at the Boston Yacht Club, with refreshments served. (No parking at the yacht club.)

One timing note for race morning: daylight saving time ends overnight, so clocks fall back an hour before the 11 a.m. start.

The Marblehead Independent is a sponsor of this year's race.
