Author to share stories of Marblehead’s historic cemeteries Oct. 9

The Marblehead Museum will host Pam Peterson for a talk on her new book, “Historic Burial Grounds of Marblehead,” on Oct. 9 at 7 p.m.

Peterson, director of the Marblehead Historical Commission, profiles the town’s 13 cemeteries and notable residents buried in them, including John Glover, Elisha Story and Mary Alley.

The event will be in person and on Zoom. Tickets are $10 for museum members and $15 for the public. Copies of the book will be sold, and Peterson will sign them after the talk.
