TO THE EDITOR: Support Melissa Clucas for School Committee

To the editor:

On Tuesday, June 9, I'm voting for Melissa Clucas for School Committee. Why? Because she's a CFO who understands the mechanics of multimillion-dollar budgets and complex contract negotiations. She looks beyond the bottom line to understand the "how" and "why" of cost drivers. In an era where taxpayers demand transparency, Melissa’s commitment to a data-driven approach equals the accountability Marblehead needs and deserves.

On School Committee, Melissa Clucas prioritizes clarity over clutter and results over rhetoric, without personal agendas. This spring she proved she's a team player by working collaboratively with the Finance Committee and the Select Board to advocate for our schools. People want to work with her.

I served on the Marblehead School Committee for six years and I know the real deal when I see it. We're nuts if we don't vote to keep Melissa's talents on the School Committee for another three years. On Tuesday, June 9, vote Melissa Clucas for School Committee.
