TO THE EDITOR: Support Rossana Ferrante for Select Board

To the editor:

We are proud to support Rossana Ferrante for the Marblehead Select Board.

We have worked closely with Rossana over the past four years while serving together on the Marblehead Recreation and Parks Commission, including this past year when she served as chair. What we admire most about Rossana is her level-headed approach. She is thoughtful in the way she listens and processes information, and she has a unique ability to consider all sides of an issue before making decisions. She values consensus, believes every voice deserves to be heard and approaches challenges with a calm, data-driven mindset grounded in fairness and process.

Rossana has also had the opportunity to work on the Marblehead Charter Committee, giving her valuable insight into both the structure of our local government and the passion Marblehead residents have for their town.

Her experience on the Recreation and Parks Commission also gave her a close understanding of municipal budgeting and long-term planning. Together, we worked with the department to increase revenue, restructure operations to save money and set goals that will benefit the community for years to come. Rossana is forward-thinking, practical and focused on sustainable solutions.

We believe Rossana will bring these experiences and strengths to the Select Board. Marblehead residents will find her to be thoughtful, reasonable, collaborative and exceptionally well prepared to serve our community.

Please vote for Rossana on June 9!
