As we gather for Thanksgiving, it’s worth pausing to reflect on the people whose work and care make this day — and every day —possible.

For farmers, for truckers, store workers, and such, today, without them, we’d not have very much.

We Are Thankful

For those who protect, and those caring for all, though thoughts may draw homeward, still serve duty’s call.

We Are Thankful

For volunteers cooking, some serving, and then, for those who will stay to clean up at the end.

We Are Thankful


For family and friendships, some far, some quite near, for all in our mem’ries, forever held dear.

We Are Thankful

For food in abundance, all who share in this place, for blessings of kindness, we join hearts with our grace.
